Simon has spent most of his career at the commercial edge of developer and AI tooling, often early — he was the second sales hire in EMEA at GitLab before its IPO, and was on the ground in Europe for AI/ML companies Weights & Biases and TruEra well before AI became the thing everyone talks about.
At Eficode, he leads AI Business Solutions, which mostly means working out where AI genuinely helps in software development and turning that into services customers can actually buy. He spends his time with Eficode's teams and partners — Atlassian, Microsoft, AWS, GitLab — separating what's useful from what's hype, across the dev, ops, and data science sides of the business.
