Future-Ready DevOps & AI Teams
Designing and Orchestrating the Operating Model for the AI Era
AI is changing more than the tools we use. It is reshaping how teams are organized, how software is delivered and how businesses create customer value.
Based on feedback from our participant community, this event brings together strategic perspectives, specialist insights and collaborative discussion. Together, we will explore how organizations can design future-ready DevOps and AI teams and turn AI investments into measurable business value.
You will hear from Eficode and Nebius, exchange experiences with fellow practitioners and work through practical challenges during an interactive Spotlight Session.

Token usage, model selection, AI economics, and choosing the right AI for the right use case.
Token usage, model selection, AI economics, and choosing the right AI for the right use case.
Choosing the right model is only half the equation. The other half is the infrastructure underneath it: GPU capacity, cost per token, data residency, and the operating model your teams need to run AI in production rather than in pilots.
This session opens with a 15-minute look at the Nebius story: why the demand for AI compute is reshaping the cloud market right now, what Nebius is building as a Full-Stack European AI cloud and production-ready inference platform, and the value this creates for teams moving from experimentation to scale.
The remaining time is a fireside conversation with Konstantin, exploring the state of the AI infrastructure industry, what customers are actually doing with GPU compute today, and how DevOps and AI teams should prepare for the next 12 to 24 months. Bring your questions.

Michael Willumsen
Business Manager
Michael helps companies improve performance and drive growth through DevOps, test automation, and better use of existing data and infrastructure. His work focuses on turning technology investments into tangible business value by combining software design with expert consulting. With a strong commitment to long-term client partnerships, Michael helps organizations sustain and build on these benefits through ongoing support and continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Konstantin Drozdov
GTM at Nebius
Konstantin Drozdov has worked across every layer of the modern AI stack. He started in the data industry, leading accounts on large-scale classical machine learning projects built on human-labelled training data and helping clients shape how those projects were scoped and delivered. After the GPT moment, he partnered with the leading frontier labs on the data programmes used to train some of the first generative models and LLMs, giving him a first-hand view of how foundation models are actually built and what it takes to make them work.
He joined Nebius to move from building the foundations of AI to driving its adoption. Today he works with clients across financial services, e-commerce and AI-native companies, translating business goals into inference solutions and guiding teams to run open-source models successfully in production and at scale. Having seen AI evolve from labelled datasets to frontier labs to production deployments, he brings a grounded perspective on where the industry is going next, and on what separates the companies that get real value from AI from those that don’t.
