Clearvision (now part of Eficode) helped HPD LendScape adopt Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and Bamboo:
- HPD LendScape needed to move away from their legacy tools and adopt an Atlassian suite of tools.

HPD LendScape are great at meeting their clients’ expectations, but struggled to effectively manage and control software changes - resulting in inefficiencies and redoing work. They reached out to Clearvision to help with improving their software development life cycle, estimation, and tracking work through to completion. But what they weren’t expecting was the added benefit of improving their Atlassian skills. HPD LendScape engaged a Clearvision Solution Architect to provide guidance on their existing processes and legacy toolset built around Rational ClearQuest and MicroFocus AccuRev. The Solution Architect also helped HPD LendScape stakeholders identify the challenges, strengths, and weaknesses of their current setup, enabling them to transition to a comprehensive Atlassian solution that includes Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
Clearvision conducted a comprehensive "Discovery" exercise to thoroughly assess the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of HPD LendScape's current system. Based on the findings of this exercise, Clearvision provided a set of prioritized and qualified recommendations on how HPD LendScape could successfully adopt Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. The recommendations were designed to minimize transitional risk and maximize capability, and an agreed-upon roadmap was established to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.
With the aim of enhancing their software development processes, Clearvision assisted HPD LendScape in establishing a "Working group." This group took ownership of the improvement project and played a vital role in designing and configuring the new tools and revised processes.
This was followed by a “Proof of Concept” (POC), where stakeholders could learn about using the new tools, processes and configurations, in order to undertake a test migration of their existing data over to a new Atlassian environment.
HPD LendScape met with a number of different vendors to help with their challenges, but found Clearvision to be the best fit for them. The consultant they dealt with had previous experience using ClearQuest - a product they were migrating from.
