As Director of Atlassian Solutions and People & Business Transformation Lead at Eficode, Jess brings 16 years of digital financial services experience across both the UK and Sweden. She specializes in bridging the gap between C-suite vision and frontline execution across cloud, agile, and AI transformation. Also a high-energy speaker known for healthy provocation, Jess’s core philosophy is simple: people first, tools later. You can’t automate your way out of a deep cultural problem.

Szilárd Széll is a DevOps and AI Transformation Lead, Test Coach, and SAFe 6.0 SPC at Eficode. He has a decade of experience with DevOps transformation, especially in the telco industry. He has also worked as an assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach in test automation and testing process improvement. Szilard is very involved in the testing community, and received the Tester of the Year in Finland award in 2024. He runs the Finnish Testing Meetup Group with his friends. He is also active in International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) as the Product Owner of the Quality in DevOps Syllabus,. For many years, Szilard has been working on and supporting conferences like HUSTEF, UCAAT, EuroSTAR.

He is passionate about improving developer productivity and modernizing development practices using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Azure. As a long-standing Microsoft MVP, he brings technical depth, commercial product thinking, and a strong voice as a thought leader in the community.
