Eficode welcomes Lande Castberg as its new Country Director of Norway

Eficode, the leading DevOps company in Europe, has appointed Lande Castberg as its new Country Manager of Norway.

Following the growth investment received in 2018, Eficode has speeded up its international expansion. Eficode acquired Praqma, a leading Scandinavian DevOps consultancy in 2019, and is now appointing a new country manager to Norway to accelerate its DevOps transformation and DevOps platform businesses in Norway.

Lande is an experienced Information Technology practitioner and leader in Agile methods, IT project management and information security. She has a strong focus on the development and implementation of IT strategies and processes.

Lande has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Eficode, Lande was the Head of Way of Working at Telia Norway and was part of the Agile Transformation team with responsibility for Norway. She has also held several information security risk assessment roles at ABN Amro Bank N.V. Lande is an organizer of DevOpsdays Oslo and member of the board of DevOps Norway.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Data Communications from Kingston University in London and a post-graduate diploma in legal practice from City, University of London.
