Transcript

Before working with Eficode, what challenges or situations were you facing? A lot of IT people were working in Jira and Confluence, but not the whole company. But nowadays, actually, we use Jira and Confluence for the whole company. A lot of people are using it. That’s a good thing. We had it in a server environment from the beginning, and now we have moved it to the cloud, and even now for a year we have enterprise. So Jira Enterprise and Confluence. What impact or value have you seen since working with Eficode? It is the movement to cloud, I would say, and now it is people. I want them to use Rovo and AI more. They are always developing, I would say, and also consulting. For now, we are talking a lot about security parts of information security regarding Rovo and AI, and a little bit of concern there, and then Eficode is helping me with the professional thing and knowing the tool a lot better than me. So that’s a nice comfort for me.What benefits have you seen since moving to the Atlassian Cloud? I always had a plan for maintenance and patching, and sometimes it went a little bit too far, and the development in the tool is always an extra meeting, an extra thing to take concern over, the updates coming on. But now it’s more or less, it just happens. So that’s nice, in some way.How did the migration go? It was smooth. I was thinking a little bit, that was over a year ago, one and a half years ago. But at least it went smooth. It was a little bit regarding the apps. Not all apps were configured with the cloud. It’s not about the data. That was easy. It was more how far the apps were going to cloud. But it went smooth. What has your experience been like working with Eficode? Actually, I can say this because I feel that way. It is always professional, good, nice people, also knowing the tool. It’s a professional team. That’s what I would say. What makes Eficode unique? Professionally that’s a good team that you have at Eficode, I would say, and always nice and happy people. That’s nice to work with them.
