Compliance
We believe compliance goes hand in hand with ethics and is just as much about culture as it is rules. That’s why all our policies and associated training are based as much on values as they are on procedures.
Training
All Eficode employees receive comprehensive training and are tested on key compliance and ethics topics, as well as our associated policies, via our e-learning platform. Training is conducted during onboarding, and refresher training is completed annually. People are the cornerstone of any compliance program, and we invest in education and awareness raising continually, using management information and employee feedback to improve continuously.
Oversight
In addition, we have a dedicated Compliance Manager overseeing the development and implementation of our compliance management system.
