As an extreme sports and extreme startup enthusiast, someone once described me as highly motivated and working in the moment with deep plans for the future .A focused dreamer, people say, my head in the skies, and simultaneously, I am known for sinking my hands deep in the mud, getting the actual work done. Before I was the chairman of Tampere ES for two years and a founding member of Tampere Tribe. I believe in giving back to the community and making the whole community stronger, that's why Open source is also deep in my heart and that's why our platform is build on top of open source and with open APIs. Opposite this I have work experience from many regulated areas such as automotive, banking, medical and aerospace. Which has taught me how to work in an agile way in regulated businesses and move fast. Having work experience and knowledge about both business and SW development and having the open source spirit combined with regulatory experience gives me an unique angle to provide value in these areas.
