    In highly regulated industries like finance, healthcare, energy, and insurance, DevOps transformations bring their own set of challenges. It's vital to be able to exchange knowledge and experience with peers to navigate complex the ever-changing business landscape.

    On June 3, participants will first build connections by sharing their professional backgrounds and current challenges, laying the groundwork for peer learning and collaboration. They will then explore how AI is reshaping both product design and test automation—learning how to realign organizational structures, workflows, and tools to stay competitive in an AI-driven landscape. From strategic frameworks for product development to practical applications in testing, attendees will gain insights to navigate change, boost efficiency, and drive innovation in their teams.

    In this opening session, each participant will briefly introduce their professional background and highlight one or two current work-related challenges they are facing. The aim is to establish a shared understanding of the group’s diverse experiences, identify areas of common interest, and lay the foundation for meaningful peer-to-peer support. By surfacing relevant topics and challenges early on, we create opportunities to connect with others facing similar issues—and to know who to turn to for feedback, inspiration, or advice throughout the event and beyond. 

    In an age where artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, how should companies adapt their structures and workflows to stay competitive? This talk explores the organizational shifts required—from initial business case development to effective software delivery. We will address the key strategic questions leaders must consider and provide actionable frameworks and best practices for aligning teams, processes, and technologies to thrive in an AI-driven future.

    AI is transforming test automation by making it smarter, faster, and more adaptive. We’ll explore how tools like Testsigma, Wopee.io, and Tonic.ai are using AI to boost efficiency and reliability in software testing. You’ll see how trends like autonomous platforms, self-healing scripts, and natural language test creation are changing the game. We’ll also look at how AI is helping teams manage test data more effectively and collaborate more easily across roles.
