UX Audit

 In a UX audit, we study the usability or customer experience of the physical and digital touchpoints of a service. We evaluate the service’s usability or user experience or chart the state of the organization’s information systems. We identify they key areas for improvement and the right methodology studying for them without delving too much into details yet. We can also evaluate how well usability has been taken into account in your company’s product development process, and we also offer usability and usability methodology training for your personnel.
